Lean Six Sigma GB
Lean Six Sigma is the ground up integration of the Lean and Six Sigma process improvement methodologies. Attendees learn the roadmaps and Green Belt tools to dramatically improve processes and deliver breakthrough performance. Green Belts tend to work on smaller scoped projects than Black Belts and their tool set is not as statistically based. Nevertheless, Green Belts form the majority of the horsepower in all Lean Sigma deployments.
