Dec 2011,the VENUS Lean Six Sigma upgrade Black Belt training is started in Shenzhen. The duration of this upgrade Black Belt training is 10 days. And the training will be finished in two times. One week in December 2011, and the second week in January 2012. So the BB candidates...

Dec 2011,the VENUS first wave Master Black Belt China open enrollment training successful opened in Shanghai. 12 MBB candidates attended this training class.   And following is some photos of the training class:  

Sep 2011, VENUS provided the Lean project coaching to Johnson & Johnson China, this coaching is focus on how to use the Lean tools in the service industry and transactional process.  

July 2011, VENUS start the year 2011 Six Sigma project coaching and reviewing for Zhejiang province Tobacco company. More than 10 Green Belt projects will be coached in the following 6 months.

June 2011, Venus Consulting provided the Six Sigma training for a famous French company-Lectra, more than 20 people attended the training.
